Hello!
Masshole with a wandering soul, serving New England + Montana!
I'm Stephannie, yes with two n's (thanks Mom)! I'm a wanderer at heart and travel often between my current home, Massachusetts and my old home, Montana! My world is fueled by adventure and a good Whiskey mule. National Parks have my heart, food is my love language, and my playlist goes from Fleetwood Mac to Lizzo! In my spare time, I love to be outside, read about the old West, do yoga, or visit a local farmers market.

I like fanciful things, like watching the snow fall, and the smell of a bookstore when you first walk in. When the sky turns into colors you can’t even name, and when the leaves in the fall do the same.
I love Earl Gray tea on a rainy day, and when the scent of a campfire fills the air on a summer night. Walking through a field of wildflowers that were planted by the wind, and a dimly lit bar with good whiskey and the sound of a guitar being played by gritty hands. The thunder of hooves at a full gallop - I feel it in my chest. The feeling of freedom, even if only for a moment. I am always in awe of the moon and the stars. Oh, and the smell of the river. It stops me in my tracks. There’s magic in it all. My favorite part about living is getting to experience these ordinary, but wonderfully fanciful things. This is a glimpse of me.
fun facts about me
Married AF
Brendan and I have known each other since we were 12 years old! We reconnected after almost a decade of living completely different lives, and in January of 2022 we decided on forever!

National Park Junkie
It is my life's goal to visit every single U.S. National Park! So far, I've crossed off: Yellowstone, Glacier, Grand Teton, Badlands, Acadia, and Smoky Mountains! Grand Teton has my heart, though! PS. If you get married in a National Park, I take $100 of your package and donate it to that park!
In my Mom era
My husband and I welcomed our son in November of 2023, and we couldn't be more in love!
ZACH + AMANDA
We hired Stephannie for our elopement photos and she went above and beyond to make our day special. She's definitely up for an adventure, hiking and snow included. She even scouted out places for the ceremony since we're not from Montana. Not only do the pictures look great, but I now have a friend and someone I will turn to for future projects.
SAREHL + BILL
My husband and I absolutely adored working with Stephannie as our wedding photographer! We crossed paths serendipitously, and it was truly a blessing. Stephannie went above and beyond with all the details before, during, and after our wedding. She was very easy to work with, flexible, professional, thoughtful about family dynamics, answered countless questions, and is just so genuinely kind and sweet. Stephannie captured all the beauty, people, moments, feelings, and joy of our day. Our family & friends couldn’t believe how beautiful our wedding photos are and made comments like, “Did you guys have two photographers? She got all the angles!” or “Wow, I can’t believe how she captured everyone’s feelings!” We’d recommend her to anyone, and we hope we get to work with her again in the future!
